What are the delivery options?
At the moment we use different shipping companies.
What are the shipping costs?
The price of delivery in the EU starts from 5.99 EUR.
Is it a free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for all orders over 60 EUR.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually, delivery takes 2-7 days. We do our best to ensure that the customer receives an order as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
After you place an order, we will send an email with a tracking number and a link to track the order.
Do I need to wait for a confirmation call?
No, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We can call you only if we do not have enough data to send the order.
I have not received my parcel, what to do?
Please, track the order by the provided tracking number to see whether the order was delivered. If not, please, contact us via an e-mail or by phone.

What are the payment options?
Payment is made online on the website using the payment system. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is it cash on delivery option?
No, we do not ship the goods with cash on delivery option.
How to apply a discount code?
The discount can be applied on the checkout page by entering the promotional code in the appropriate field.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
If VITALITA products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order on the same day the order was placed and if the product has not yet been shipped.

Where are the VITALITA products manufactured?
Our products are produced in the EU and Ukraine but we use only European and American ingredients.
How is the quality tested?
We test our products on a regular basis in independent private laboratories to be sure of their quality.
How to get advice on the selection of dietary supplements?
Take our short quiz on the selection of dietary supplements, after which our consultant will contact you and help you more carefully with the selection of products.
How to find out the expiration date of the product?
You can find out the expiration date of a specific product by emailing at info@vitalita.life.
How to understand if the product is available?
If you can add a specific product to the cart, it means that it is available. Products that are not in stock cannot be added to the cart and proceed to payment.
